How it works
Sound, captions and posting
- Sound from TikTok's own library
- The videos carry no music. The sound is added with TikTok's sound picker at posting, so it comes from TikTok's licensed library and the post shows up on that sound's page.
- Captions and hashtags
- Words on screen for viewers who scroll with the sound off, a caption that asks a question, and hashtags for your niche.
- Posting
- TikTok only lets someone else post to Business accounts, through its Business Center. For a personal account, which is the kind that can earn Creator Rewards, the app has no way to add another person, so you get each day's video ready to post, and we never ask for your password. - Three Shorts a day and 6 long videos: 90 Shorts and 6 narrated long videos a month, up to 2 channels.
Starter is one video a day; Growth and Pro post two or three a day, and add long videos for YouTube.
Every plan includes scripts, the narrator voice or text on screen, editing, captions, titles and hashtags, and posting with your written permission where the app allows it (how posting access works). What TikTok asks before it pays
TikTok's Creator Rewards Program pays for original videos over 1 minute long. To join, the account must be a personal account (business accounts do not qualify), you must be at least 18, and the account needs at least 10,000 followers and 100,000 video views in the last 30 days.
Our daily quiz and idea videos run 15 to 45 seconds. If Creator Rewards is your goal, say so in the form's notes and we make your daily videos in our over-a-minute formats instead (our 8-question run is 63 seconds, our worksheet 70). Keep your account personal.
