Done-for-you faceless video
Faceless YouTube channel service: Shorts and long videos, made and posted
We write, voice, edit and upload Shorts and narrated long videos for your YouTube channel every week, for one niche. You never film, edit or upload.
From $49 a month. Cancel anytime.
Our work
What we make for YouTube
From FirstTry DMV, the permit test channel we run ourselves: Shorts and a narrated long practice test.
How it works
Uploading to your channel
- You keep the channel
The channel stays in your own Google account. No channel yet? Leave the link empty in the form and we send you the steps to make one.
- You add us as an Editor
In YouTube Studio: Settings, Permissions, Invite, then our email and the Editor role (step by step). YouTube says this is safer than sharing a password. An Editor can upload and publish, but cannot delete your channel or its published videos and cannot manage permissions. You can remove us at any time in the same place.
- We upload every week
Titles, descriptions, hashtags, chapters on long videos, and a custom thumbnail for each long video, on the schedule you set.
- Or take the files
Choose files in the form and upload them yourself. The same videos, ready for YouTube.
Plans
What a month gets you
- Starter $49 a month
- One Short a day: 30 Shorts a month, 15 to 45 seconds, for 1 channel.
- Growth $119 a month
- Two Shorts a day and 2 long videos: 60 Shorts and 2 narrated long videos (8 to 12 minutes, with thumbnails) a month, 1 channel.
- Pro $249 a month
- Three Shorts a day and 6 long videos: 90 Shorts and 6 narrated long videos a month, up to 2 channels.
For YouTube, Growth is the plan we would pick: Shorts bring viewers, and the long videos are what count toward watch hours.
Every plan includes scripts, the narrator voice or text on screen, editing, captions, titles and hashtags, and posting with your written permission where the app allows it (how posting access works). Cancel anytime; cancel within 14 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full. Compare the plans.
Money, plainly
What YouTube asks before it pays
To join the YouTube Partner Program with ad revenue, a channel needs 1,000 subscribers plus either 4,000 public watch hours in the last 12 months or 10 million Shorts views in the last 90 days, and YouTube reviews every channel itself. Watch time from the Shorts feed does not count toward the 4,000 hours.
YouTube does not pay for content that is repetitive or mass-produced. On July 15, 2025 it renamed that policy from "repetitious content" to "inauthentic content". We write every script for your niche, vary the questions and topics, and never post the same video twice.
We cannot promise views, subscribers or monetization, and nobody honestly can. What we promise is the videos, every week.

Questions
Before you start
Who owns the videos and the channel?
You do. The channel is in your Google account, and every video we make for you is yours, along with anything it earns.
What does the narrator sound like?
Play the long video above with sound. The voice is made with text to speech, and the same voice stays on every video. You can also choose text on screen with no narration.
Can you post the same videos to TikTok and Instagram?
Yes. Every plan includes the same Shorts on TikTok and Instagram Reels. See the faceless TikTok service.
How fast does it start?
Your first week of videos arrives within 5 business days of payment, then a new batch every week.
